Blue Atlas Solutions (the “Operator”) handles information concerning Karaoke Atlas users and store representatives in accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect and use
We process search criteria entered or selected by users, including location, date and time of use, duration, number of guests, customer category, membership category, drink options, and sorting preferences. If you use your current location, we use latitude and longitude obtained from your browser solely after you grant permission on your device, in order to search for nearby stores.
To understand how the service is used, we may collect information such as pages viewed, display language, stores shown in search results, stores selected, store and chain identifiers, display position, use of official website, map, and telephone links, referral source, access date and time, browser, operating system, device type, identifiers such as cookies, and an approximate region inferred from an IP address.
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, store name, inquiry type, and message.
2. Purposes of use
We use collected information to provide store and price search results and store details; analyze service use and search trends; understand listing performance by store and chain; improve content and usability; review and correct listings; operate promotional listings; respond to inquiries; prevent misuse or excessive access; investigate service failures; and operate the service securely.
3. Use of Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC, to understand use of the service and improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, usage events, device and browser information, and approximate region. We do not send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or inquiry messages from this service to Google Analytics.
For details about Google’s handling of information, please review the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. If you do not want Google Analytics to measure your activity, you can use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or cookie controls provided by your browser.
4. Use of Google Maps Platform
We may use Google Maps Platform to provide location suggestions and maps. In that case, the location text you enter and device or communication information associated with your access to the service may be sent to Google. Google’s handling of this information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
5. Current location information
We use your current latitude and longitude to search for stores near the specified point. We do not store a history of your current location in our database or send exact latitude and longitude in Google Analytics events. We also remove latitude and longitude from page URLs sent to Google Analytics. We may record whether location access succeeds or fails; Google Analytics may associate that event with an approximate region inferred from an IP address. If you do not permit access to your current location, you can still search by entering a station, university, municipality, facility, or other place name.
6. Processing to prevent misuse
We use source information to determine the number of searches, store-detail views, and inquiry submissions made within a given period, in order to prevent excessive repeated use. The shared store used for rate-limit decisions does not retain raw IP addresses, names, email addresses, or inquiry messages. It retains only a rate-limit identifier derived from source information and irreversible values used to identify duplicate submissions, and only for the period required for this purpose.
7. External services and service providers
To provide this service, we use analytics and location-search services provided by Google LLC; hosting, email-delivery, and misuse-prevention services provided by Amazon Web Services, Inc.; and database services provided by Neon. Information may be transmitted to or processed by these providers to the extent necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
8. Disclosure to third parties and security
Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent. We may, however, entrust information to external service providers to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. We take necessary and appropriate security measures, including encrypted communications, access controls, permission management, and limiting the information retained.
9. Retention period
We retain collected information only for as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose, comply with legal requirements, or meet the retention periods configured for the relevant external services. When information is no longer required, we delete it appropriately or stop using it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws, external-service specifications, or the content of this service. If a material change is made, we will provide notice through the service in a clear and accessible manner.
